Azure cloud and DevOps that keep releases boring (in a good way)
CI/CD, hosting, and monitoring on Microsoft Azure so your product ships often without drama.
Wayflow’s LinkedIn about section leads with Cloud / DevOps: scalable solutions for storage, hosting, and application deployment. Samarth’s own profile is more specific — cloud-native work on Microsoft Azure, CI/CD pipelines, and secure workflows for startups and enterprises.
That is not marketing filler. At Flexi Consultancy Ltd (UK), Samarth stood up Azure Virtual Desktop from the ground up: monitoring and alerting aligned with government rules, fail-safes, backups, and Azure Active Directory for access. That same discipline shows up in how Wayflow hosts client products.
What we actually set up
- App hosting (App Service, containers, or VMs when they are the honest choice).
- Databases, storage, secrets, and staging slots.
- CI/CD so git push is not a ceremony.
- Insights, alerts, and backups you can explain to an auditor.
Delivery stages
Stage 1 — Landscape
We inventory what you already have: DNS, identity, environments, who has production access. No new cloud until this is written down.
Stage 2 — Target architecture
A diagram and a cost envelope. Azure-native services first; custom Kubernetes only if you will staff it.
Stage 3 — Identity and security baseline
Entra ID / Azure AD, least privilege, network rules, and secrets out of source control. Lessons from AVD and regulated environments apply here even for a small SaaS.
Stage 4 — Pipeline
Build, test, deploy to staging, then production with an approval you control. Rollbacks are a button, not a weekend.
Stage 5 — Operate
Alerts that mean something, backup tests, and a runbook. We train your team; we do not become a bottleneck.
Who this helps
Founders tired of FTP deploys. Teams that need to show a customer their data stays in a named region. Products that must survive a disk failure without a hero on WhatsApp at 2 a.m.

What you receive in writing
- A scope document with stages, dates, and “done means…” for each stage.
- Access to staging so you can click through before production.
- Credentials and a short runbook at handover — not a mystery zip file.
- A named contact (Samarth on engineering, Sameer on operations) so messages do not vanish into a ticketing void.
FAQ
How long is a typical first project? A focused website or pipeline is often 3–8 weeks. A mobile MVP with API is longer. We would rather ship a thin slice than disappear for a quarter.
Do you only work in Nagpur? We are based in Nagpur and work remotely with clients across India and overseas (Samarth’s Azure AVD work was for a UK consultancy). Time zone overlap with India is a feature, not a constraint.
What is the tech stack? Publicly we list React, Flutter, Figma, Laravel, and Microsoft Azure. We pick from that set unless your product already has a good reason to differ.
How do we start? Email inquiry@wayflowtechnologies.in or call +91 8600160276. Bring a URL, a pain point, or a deadline. We will tell you if we are the wrong firm.
