How Wayflow Technologies builds web platforms that scale
A look at how our Nagpur team designs and ships responsive websites and web apps for startups and enterprises.
Need a modern, responsive, high-performing website? That is the question we keep asking on the Wayflow Technologies LinkedIn page — because a site that only looks good on a laptop is not a product. From concept to launch, we handle the full path: design in Figma, build in Laravel and React, and host on infrastructure your team can actually operate.
Our public positioning is simple: Empowering Innovation, Transforming Tomorrow. Whether you are a startup or an enterprise, web work has to scale with your ambition, not fight it.
What “web” means at Wayflow
We create responsive, user-friendly websites tailored to business objectives — marketing sites, customer portals, and internal tools. The stack we use day to day includes Laravel, React, and Figma. That mix lets us ship interfaces quickly without painting you into a corner six months later.
Samarth Verulkar, Founder and CEO, treats every web build as a delivery problem, not a theme install. Discovery, UX, engineering, QA, and Azure hosting are planned together so launch day is not a surprise.
Delivery stages
Stage 1 — Discover
We map users, conversion goals, content, and integrations (CRM, payments, analytics). You leave this stage with a short written brief, not a vague moodboard.
Stage 2 — Design
Figma screens for mobile and desktop. We agree on information architecture, components, and accessibility before a single production deploy.
Stage 3 — Build
Laravel (or a headless API) plus React where the UI needs it. CMS-ready pages, forms, SEO metadata, and performance budgets are part of the sprint, not a later patch.
Stage 4 — Test and harden
Cross-browser checks, form flows, and basic security headers. We do not call a site “done” because it worked on one machine.
Stage 5 — Launch and hand over
DNS, SSL, backups, and a handover so your team can edit content. Then we stay for a short hypercare window.
Who this is for
- Founders who need a site that matches the product, not a template with a logo swap.
- Operations teams replacing a slow WordPress or brochure site with something maintainable.
- Companies that already use Azure and want the website in the same cloud, not a random shared host.
How we work with you
Wayflow Technologies is a privately held IT services firm in Nagpur (2–10 people). You get senior attention: Samarth on architecture, Sameer Yasin on operations. We are not a 200-person factory that rotates juniors every two weeks.
Ready to talk? Email inquiry@wayflowtechnologies.in or call +91 8600160276. Search Wayflow Technologies on Google Maps in Nagpur, or visit Plot No 30, Shubhangi Housing Society, Besa Road.
What you receive in writing
- A scope document with stages, dates, and “done means…” for each stage.
- Access to staging so you can click through before production.
- Credentials and a short runbook at handover — not a mystery zip file.
- A named contact (Samarth on engineering, Sameer on operations) so messages do not vanish into a ticketing void.
FAQ
How long is a typical first project? A focused website or pipeline is often 3–8 weeks. A mobile MVP with API is longer. We would rather ship a thin slice than disappear for a quarter.
Do you only work in Nagpur? We are based in Nagpur and work remotely with clients across India and overseas (Samarth’s Azure AVD work was for a UK consultancy). Time zone overlap with India is a feature, not a constraint.
What is the tech stack? Publicly we list React, Flutter, Figma, Laravel, and Microsoft Azure. We pick from that set unless your product already has a good reason to differ.
How do we start? Email inquiry@wayflowtechnologies.in or call +91 8600160276. Bring a URL, a pain point, or a deadline. We will tell you if we are the wrong firm.
