Business automation that cuts repetitive work

Business automation sits next to AI and cloud on Wayflow’s LinkedIn. The job is not to buy another SaaS you will ignore. It is to remove copy-paste between the tools you already pay for.

Samarth’s GrowTap chapter was about growth systems — e-commerce, Amazon, search. The habit remains: find the repetitive path, instrument it, then automate the boring middle.

Examples we actually scope

  • Lead form on the website → CRM → WhatsApp or email, without a human retyping.
  • Invoices or PDFs classified and filed (AI where it helps, rules where they are enough).
  • Internal dashboards so ops does not live in five spreadsheets.

Delivery stages

Stage 1 — Shadow the process

We watch one painful weekly ritual. Time it. Name the systems involved.

Stage 2 — Design the happy path

A flowchart you can print. Exceptions stay human.

Stage 3 — Integrate

APIs, webhooks, scheduled jobs on Azure. Laravel is a common glue layer because your website may already sit there.

Stage 4 — Pilot with real data

One team, two weeks, a rollback plan. Automation that cannot be switched off is a liability.

Stage 5 — Harden and document

Retries, logs, and a one-page “if this breaks, do X.” Then we pick the next process.

AI in the loop — carefully

CarbonLens AI was built for a defined audit problem. We apply the same filter to client automation: if a model is involved, it has an evaluation set and a human override. Automation should make people faster, not unaccountable.

What you receive in writing

  1. A scope document with stages, dates, and “done means…” for each stage.
  2. Access to staging so you can click through before production.
  3. Credentials and a short runbook at handover — not a mystery zip file.
  4. A named contact (Samarth on engineering, Sameer on operations) so messages do not vanish into a ticketing void.

FAQ

How long is a typical first project? A focused website or pipeline is often 3–8 weeks. A mobile MVP with API is longer. We would rather ship a thin slice than disappear for a quarter.

Do you only work in Nagpur? We are based in Nagpur and work remotely with clients across India and overseas (Samarth’s Azure AVD work was for a UK consultancy). Time zone overlap with India is a feature, not a constraint.

What is the tech stack? Publicly we list React, Flutter, Figma, Laravel, and Microsoft Azure. We pick from that set unless your product already has a good reason to differ.

How do we start? Email inquiry@wayflowtechnologies.in or call +91 8600160276. Bring a URL, a pain point, or a deadline. We will tell you if we are the wrong firm.
