Practical AI we actually put into client products
Assistants, document search, and workflow automation — AI features that save time instead of adding noise.
A Wayflow company post from April 2025 put AI in the same sentence as mobile, web, cloud, and automation: we help startups and enterprises grow with tailored, user-friendly digital solutions. We do not ship “an AI chatbot” and call it a strategy.
Samarth’s own building shows how we think about AI in practice. He introduced CarbonLens AI for next-gen Scope 3 carbon auditing — a concrete problem, a model, a repo, not a slide. He also spent a day at AI Day for Startups – Nagpur (InFED, IIM Nagpur) on GenAI, agents, multimodal models, and hands-on work with Gemini, Gemma, and Vertex AI. Those notes feed how we scope client AI: small, measurable, then expand.
Where AI belongs in a product
- Search and Q&A over your documents, with citations.
- Classification and routing (support tickets, invoices, leads).
- Assistants that sit next to an existing workflow, not instead of it.
If the feature cannot name the hour it saves or the error it prevents, we push back.
Delivery stages
Stage 1 — Use case and data
What decision or task? What data is allowed to leave the building? Who is liable if the model is wrong?
Stage 2 — Thin slice
One workflow, one evaluation set, one UI. Often a private GPT-style UI or an API behind your app.
Stage 3 — Grounding and guardrails
Retrieval from your knowledge base, logging, and a human fallback. No silent hallucination in production.
Stage 4 — Integrate
Wire into Laravel, the mobile app, or an internal tool. Same CI/CD as the rest of the product.
Stage 5 — Measure
Latency, cost per call, and a weekly quality sample. Then we decide whether to widen the slice.
Hackathon DNA
Samarth has also worked on PreFlight-style ideas: predicting training cost and hardware fit before you burn GPU hours. The lesson we take to clients is the same — estimate, then spend. AI budgets should be boring.

What you receive in writing
- A scope document with stages, dates, and “done means…” for each stage.
- Access to staging so you can click through before production.
- Credentials and a short runbook at handover — not a mystery zip file.
- A named contact (Samarth on engineering, Sameer on operations) so messages do not vanish into a ticketing void.
FAQ
How long is a typical first project? A focused website or pipeline is often 3–8 weeks. A mobile MVP with API is longer. We would rather ship a thin slice than disappear for a quarter.
Do you only work in Nagpur? We are based in Nagpur and work remotely with clients across India and overseas (Samarth’s Azure AVD work was for a UK consultancy). Time zone overlap with India is a feature, not a constraint.
What is the tech stack? Publicly we list React, Flutter, Figma, Laravel, and Microsoft Azure. We pick from that set unless your product already has a good reason to differ.
How do we start? Email inquiry@wayflowtechnologies.in or call +91 8600160276. Bring a URL, a pain point, or a deadline. We will tell you if we are the wrong firm.
