Flutter and React Native apps from a team in Nagpur
How we ship Android and iOS apps that feel native, stay maintainable, and reach the stores on time.
On LinkedIn we say it plainly: we specialize in innovative, scalable mobile and web app development, AI, cloud, and business automation. Mobile is not an afterthought. It is often the first place a customer meets you.
Wayflow Technologies builds high-performance, user-friendly apps for Android, iOS, and cross-platform environments using Flutter and React Native — the same stack listed on our company profile.
Why cross-platform first
Most products do not need two completely separate codebases on day one. Flutter and React Native let us share UI and business logic, then drop to native modules when a feature demands it (payments, background location, device APIs).
Delivery stages
Stage 1 — Product slice
We pick one journey that must work end to end (sign-up, core action, notification). That slice defines the rest of the backlog.
Stage 2 — UX and prototype
Figma flows, then a clickable prototype. Founders see the app before we lock APIs.
Stage 3 — Build the client and API
App in Flutter or React Native. Backend often Laravel or Node, hosted on Azure. Auth, offline-tolerant screens, and error states are designed, not improvised.
Stage 4 — Device QA
Real Android and iOS devices, store listing assets, privacy text. We do not skip TestFlight / internal testing.
Stage 5 — Store release and iterate
Play Store and App Store submission, crash monitoring, and a two-week cadence for the next slice.
What Samarth brings to mobile work
Before Wayflow, Samarth shipped software as a senior engineer (Indoor Systems) and as a freelancer. That means he has been on both sides of “the app is late because the API changed.” We sequence mobile and backend so that does not become the whole project.
Typical outcomes
- A MVP that can be demoed to investors or first customers in weeks, not quarters.
- A shared design system so the website and the app do not look like two companies.
- A release process your intern or ops lead can run after we leave.

What you receive in writing
- A scope document with stages, dates, and “done means…” for each stage.
- Access to staging so you can click through before production.
- Credentials and a short runbook at handover — not a mystery zip file.
- A named contact (Samarth on engineering, Sameer on operations) so messages do not vanish into a ticketing void.
FAQ
How long is a typical first project? A focused website or pipeline is often 3–8 weeks. A mobile MVP with API is longer. We would rather ship a thin slice than disappear for a quarter.
Do you only work in Nagpur? We are based in Nagpur and work remotely with clients across India and overseas (Samarth’s Azure AVD work was for a UK consultancy). Time zone overlap with India is a feature, not a constraint.
What is the tech stack? Publicly we list React, Flutter, Figma, Laravel, and Microsoft Azure. We pick from that set unless your product already has a good reason to differ.
How do we start? Email inquiry@wayflowtechnologies.in or call +91 8600160276. Bring a URL, a pain point, or a deadline. We will tell you if we are the wrong firm.
